Pregnancy care goes beyond monthly prenatal check ups. It includes holistic care that brings into account physical, dietary, mental, and social/emotional wellness support from the beginning of your pregnancy until you give birth. We offer comprehensive healthcare for pregnancy which includes a full scope consultation where we gather your health, diet, home life, work life, exercise, lifestyle and recreational activity history. We educate and inform you about various aspects of pregnancy including physical, mental and emotional changes, increased dietary and nutrition needs, safety precautions, support services needs, and more. We help motivate you to make necessary long term changes to ensure a healthy and seamless pregnancy from start to finish, and act as liasons with your OBGYN, Primary Care Provider and any physicians, advocating on your behalf to make sure you are getting crucial prenatal care services during your pregnancy. We create a personal care plan based on your individual needs during your pregnancy that may include recommendations of medication modification, and referrals to other specialists and healthcare services. Our consultations will be shared with your Primary Care Provider, or referring physician and will become a part of your medical record.
